Engineering graduates are the most sought after by Industry. However, there is a need for enhanced employability competencies among these graduates. Mission10X Learning Approach (MxLA) is a new teaching-learning paradigm that helps an Engineer enhance his/her employability competencies.

MxLA is aimed at promoting systemic changes to current teaching-learning paradigm in Higher Education. It emphasizes learner-centric educational discourse. MxLA will thus help graduates imbibe higher levels of understanding of a subject taught in classrooms along with development of key behavioral skills.
